2089 on Rt 13 10th and Ridge in Darby.

It has already been signed for its return trip to City Hall via the trolley subway, where it has operated since it left Chestnut and Walnut on September 9 1956, when PCC route 42 went bus and bus routes D and 90 were rerouted.

Rt 13 absorbed Rt 62, the Darby-Yeadon shuttle, on January 24 1971. However, Rt 13 PCCs operated to Darby before that date but only on Easter Sunday, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, and Christmas to serve a cemetery in Darby. Yet one of the extended route 13 PCC's with a woman operator made the wrong switch at Darby toward Yeadon and Society Hill during World War II and found her PCC operating along Rt 78 to Wycombe Road in Lansdowne!
